Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) Engage with audiences by responding to comments, DMs, and participating in community conversations
• Stay updated on current social media trends and algorithm updates
• Monitor and report on performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or Buffer Collaborate with the design and content teams for consistent brand messaging Manage social media calendar and ensure timely posting
• Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English Knowledge of paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) is a plus
• Create engaging content including posts, captions, stories, reels, and videos Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media for brands or agencies Strong knowledge of platform-specific algorithms and audience behavior
• Photography or video editing skills will be an advantage
