Junior SQA Engineer

Job summary

Leotech is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior SQA Engineer to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about software quality, testing methodologies, and delivering reliable applications.

Key responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications to ensure product quality.
• Create, execute, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using issue-tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve defects and improve application quality.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.
• Verify bug fixes and perform re-testing before releases.
• Participate in requirement analysis and provide feedback from a quality assurance perspective.
• Maintain proper testing documentation and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 0–1 year of experience in Software Quality Assurance or software testing.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical and problem-solving skills are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of SDLC, STLC, and software testing concepts.
• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of web and mobile application testing methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products.
• Good communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
